Yes. Worker Basic is free forever and includes a professional profile, unlimited job searching and applications, application tracking, basic alerts, and essential hiring-related messaging. Optional upgrades never restrict access to basic job applications.
Who is this marketplace built for?
FinalMile Hire serves big-and-bulky final-mile delivery: box truck drivers, appliance installers, delivery helpers, furniture specialists, independent delivery contractors, and 3PL companies. It is not a small-package or gig-delivery platform.
Can contractors hire workers and find 3PL contracts?
Yes. Independent contractor accounts are designed for both hiring individual delivery professionals and applying for business contract opportunities posted by 3PL companies. These are separate marketplaces.
How does the contractor free trial work?
The independent contractor membership includes a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. An active paid subscription is required for paid hiring and contract application features after the trial. Account data and application history are preserved.
Are company insurance and qualifications verified?
A company’s information is self-reported unless explicitly marked as verified after review. Employers and 3PL companies should conduct their own due diligence before engaging a worker or delivery business.
