Marketplace use
FinalMile Hire connects workers, independent contractors, and 3PL companies. Users must provide accurate information, respect other users, and use the platform only for lawful hiring and business purposes.
Independent relationships
FinalMile Hire is not an employer, staffing agency, insurer, or certification body. Hiring parties are responsible for employment classification, background checks, insurance, operating authority, contracts, and compliance with applicable law.
Accounts and membership
Users are responsible for account security. Basic worker job search and applications remain free. Paid memberships renew monthly until cancelled. Users must follow the Community Guidelines; fraud, harassment, misleading listings, and unauthorized access may result in removed content or account suspension.
Marketplace boundaries
Workers connect with independent contractors. Independent contractors connect with 3PL companies. Workers and 3PL companies cannot message or access each other through the platform. Listings and applications must be genuine.

Distances shown are approximate straight-line miles between ZIP code centers, not driving distances. FinalMile Hire does not verify every listing, credential, or business claim.
