Free membership and trial
Worker Basic is free. The Independent Contractor plan includes one 30-day free trial with no credit card required; when it ends, paid contractor features pause until you subscribe. You are never charged automatically for the trial.
Paid memberships and cancellation
Worker Pro is $9.95 per month, Independent Contractor $49.95 per month, and 3PL Company $99.95 per month, billed monthly until cancelled. Advanced Alerts is $2.95 per month; Featured Boost ($9.95, 30 days) and Resume Builder ($4.95) are one-time purchases. When you cancel, access continues until the end of the period you already paid for and no partial-month refunds are issued.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, paid features remain available for a 7-day grace period. After that, paid features and active listings pause until payment succeeds.
Refund requests
For questions about a charge or refund, contact FinalMile Hire through the contact page. A final refund decision process and response timeframe must be approved before any paid launch.
